Menopause Collaborative Health Program

Feel Like Your Body Has Changed the Rules? You’re Not Alone.

If you’re navigating perimenopause or menopause and suddenly nothing seems to work the way it used to, with your weight, energy, sleep, or mood, it can feel confusing and frustrating.

The truth is: your body has changed. And you deserve the right support to understand it and work with it.

Introducing: A 4-Week Menopause Education & Support Program

A practical, science-informed program designed to help you understand what’s happening in your body and give you simple, realistic strategies to feel like yourself again.

A Collaborative, Expert-Led Approach

This program brings together three key areas of expertise to support your body and mind through this transition.

Clinical Nutritionist

You’ll learn how to nourish your body in a way that supports your changing hormones, metabolism, and energy needs during perimenopause and menopause.

This component focuses on simplifying nutrition, cutting through the overwhelm, and helping you understand what your body truly needs now, not what used to work.

Key insights:

  • Why your metabolism and blood sugar responses change in midlife

  • How to eat in a way that supports energy, mood, and weight stability

  • Why protein becomes essential for muscle, metabolism, and longevity

  • How to balance carbohydrates without cutting them out completely

  • The role of gut health in hormone balance and overall wellbeing

  • How to build simple, nourishing meals using real, whole foods

  • Why eating enough is just as important as what you eat

  • How to reset expectations and let go of old habits that no longer serve your body

You’ll walk away with practical, realistic strategies that feel achievable and sustainable, so you can feel confident nourishing your body without restriction or confusion.

Strength & Conditioning Coach

You’ll learn how to train with your changing body, not against it.

This component focuses on helping you rebuild strength, support your metabolism, and protect your long-term health through the right type of movement.

Key Insights:

  • How menopause impacts muscle mass, metabolism and fat distribution

  • Why strength training becomes essential in midlife

  • How to train effectively without overdoing it or burning out

  • The best types of exercise for maintaining muscle and bone density

  • How to structure simple, realistic workouts that fit into your week

  • How to improve energy levels through the right balance of movement and recovery

Medical Psychotherapist

Feel clearer, calmer, and back in control. Natasha will help you do just that.
This component focuses on helping you understand what’s happening in your body and mind, while giving you practical tools to manage symptoms and feel more like yourself again.

Key insights:
