Our 8 Week Challenge is about discovering what motivates you, learning more about yourself and your body and giving you the tools and guidance to form healthy habits that are sustainable long after the challenge ends.

Start building momentum for your healthiest winter yet! It's this time of year as the weather cools down and daylight savings ends that the temptation to slow down and hibernate creeps up. It's harder to leave the warm house and easier to reach for those comfort foods, leaving us feeling lethargic and unmotivated.

This is where our 8 Week Challenge comes in. With a holistic approach to your health and fitness, we'll make sure you stay on track with your exercise, and keep focused on nourishing your body with good food, healthy eating habits and sleep patterns.

This is not a weight-loss challenge. It's an opportunity to dedicate 8 weeks to moving your body, learning about nutrition, improving your sleep and recovery. It's also about connecting with others in the Phase 1 community through some fun and friendly competition. That's right, it wouldn't be a challenge without some awesome prizes up for grabs!

'Move Everyday' Accountability & Motivation. You'll have access to a personalised planner, where you can log your activity, communicate with your coaches and make sure you're up-to-date with the latest challenge information and tasks. 

 Weekly Nutrition Resources. Keeping you focused on healthy food and eating habits, we'll be providing you with valuable resources and knowledge on a range of topics. 

Weekly Exercise Challenges & Pop Up Group Activities. Exclusive to challenge participants, we'll keep you on your toes with some fun workouts, group sessions and social activities, both in and outside of the gym. 

Body Composition Scan at Beginning and End. The Evolt 360 Body Scanner will give you over 30 measurements about your health and wellness so you can see more than just your weight.

8 Week Subscription to 'YOU by Fortitude.' We're so excited to partner with Fortitude Physiotherapy for our upcoming challenge.   • This challenge is suitable for all levels of fitness. Both current and new members can join in. If you’re looking to create healthy habits, need motivation with your training and guidance with your nutrition, this challenge is for you. Register today if you want to join a community of like-minded people, mix-up your exercise routine and make positive changes to your lifestyle.

  • Every individual is different, therefore results will vary even when following the same program. Training outcomes may include fat loss, lean muscle gains, improvements in strength and endurance, better mobility and enhanced overall performance. Other benefits may include but are not limited to a decrease in biological age, and positive outcomes for mental health and wellbeing.

    Nutrition information is general in nature and we recommend consulting a dietitian or nutritionist for any specific needs you may have.

  • Registrations close Friday 19th April 2024. The registration fee is non-refundable other than by circumstances that deem you unable to participate prior to the challenge start date.
